Exceptional! I recently stayed at this location and my experience was wonderful. The front desk staff are more than friendly and Renee! We LOVE Renee! Our room was clean and spacious except they don’t have couches but other than that everything was great. Thank you again Renee for being a complete sweetheart.

Due to hardship we had to stay here for a little over a year. From day one the staff was super friendly and understanding. They went above and beyond for use and made us feel welcome and safe. It felt like a family there. We would all look out for one another. I will never forget what yall have done for my family and I!!! Rooms are the best they can be for the amount you pay,it’s a deal tbh. Overall if you need a safe place to stay whether it’s long term or short, they will take care of you!

We had a costume party to attend in Conroe, so this was close to the location and the room was cheap so it served our purposes. The front desk Gal was very sweet and helpful to everyone she encountered including myself, the room was clean, very basic, but it was just fine, for the price, I wasn't expecting much. There are several residents here and those we ran into were kind, friendly and pleasant. I'm giving 5 stars based on our experience for this particular property and what we needed it for, it is not a Holiday Inn nor Hilton, but if you need a clean, quiet place to lay your head, this is it. We will definitely stay here again next year, thank y'all for the hospitality.

My stay at this hotel was a 4/5. The housekeeper did not clean my room properly when I checked in. She didn’t even speak English but Zykearia made sure she cleaned my room for me the next day she even went above and beyond to let me see the room before I fully checked in. My previous visit a month ago was horrible so to see a new face at this property is amazing. She went above and beyond her customer service skills are out of this world. Strictly professional and sweet at the same time she needs a raise. I thought she was the manager until she advised she wasn’t.

I absolutely LOVE Renee! I told her I would leave a review just for her but I’m going to be completely honest! This place needs a MAJOR TAKEOVER! FIRE EVERYONE EXCEPT RENEE AND MEAGEN! Especially Elizabeth! See for The “manager” Cristina is NOT friendly nor professional! She always is either sitting down or hiding and she won’t talk to you or engage. It’s like she’s afraid and I am an active guest and I always pay on time and usually mind my own however this place has been going down since before the old manager was here. Why won’t you all put someone who isn’t afraid of people and providing quality as the manager? I tried to tell Cristina about her girls and compliment Renee just for her to tell me “she’s not a manager, she barely knows anything” and that’s who you all have in leadership? Someone that hates to bring others up and see them be great?! When the gentlemen Porter something was here, things were drastically different. It was cleaner, no one ever cleans the parking lot here, the back of the hotel is full of trash, the hall ways stink, the doors barely open/ shut, the side doors are always propped open with objects, the vending machines barely work, there’s drug activity and domestic incidents almost everyday. The ONLY reason I stay and continue to stay is because of Renee. She has made our stay so comfortable and always speaks or has a smile on her face! I love how willing she is to fix a problem even if she’s unsure, she will find out and reach back out and make it happen! My children love her and talk to her every chance they get. I love Meagan because she’s always very friendly. The other girls can go! Elizabeth is extremely rude and doesn’t understand the true quality of customer service and the sad part is she will never care. That new girl is ok but she’s always outside or barely at the desk. If they really wanted this place to be ran smoothly they would listen and be respectful, they would make sure the rooms look up to par. When we checked in there were no blankets or pillows on the beds and I’m in a double with my children and husband. This place has the potential to be amazing but because you all put too much attention towards the wrong things and issues you’ll always be be behind. But thank you RENEE! I hope you see this and know you are awesome and do a great job!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at WoodSpring Suites, and I must say, Christina, the hotel manager, truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that she takes great pride in her work. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Christina's dedication to providing wonderful service was evident in every interaction. She was always friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure that all guests felt at home. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence really stood out, making my stay at WoodSpring Suites a memorable one. I highly recommend WoodSpring Suites, thanks in large part to Christina's outstanding management. She has truly made the place look good and provided service that goes above and beyond. Thank you, Christina, for a fantastic experience!

My family and I recently lost our home and had to find a place fast. I called here and the front desk lady Renee was so sweet and friendly I decided to book and come the same day. As soon as we walked in it smelled like cinnamon and Renee greeted us with the warmest smile. She allowed me to view the room before checking in and to be honest our room was actually clean and had no issues. We’ve been here for a few days now and it has been quiet, my children have found other children to play with and the staff here is so friendly and wonderful especially Renee! I’m so happy we chose this hotel !! No bugs, no drama, pet friendly, friendly staff !

I stayed here for a couple of weeks and this is definitely a good place. Renee was super helpful and even when I had to wake her at 6am. One of the best family friendly places and they do help you feel at home. Thank you for your help in this chapter of my life!
